Valued at £1.5million, this scheme consists of over 400,000m3 of excavation and processing to reclaim 8 large docks.

This scheme initially contained more than £500,000 of marine demolition, however with revised programming we were able to demolish a 6,000m2 reinfoced concrete suspended Quay utilising land based equipment working between tides.

In addition to the schemes detailed above, the Thorne Group have also been involved with other major contracts these past two years such as Frickley Colliery which is a £7million reclamation scheme for Yorkshire Forward.
